 Our Synergy Women's road bike makes riding less work and more fun. The Synergy is the world's first bar road bike using Shimano's highly efficient Alfine 8-speed internal gearing. So you get faster, smoother, more consistent shifting than derailleur-style bikes, without compromising versatility or performance. The Synergy also gives you nearly the same gear range as derailleur bikes, but without any external gear components to adjust or maintain. With Shimano's internal gear hub, all the gearing is tucked away inside the rear wheel. No derailleurs; no chain tensioners; no rear cassette... which means no maintenance, tune-ups or adjustments either. Not just another pretty face, Dynamic’s women's Synergy model offers frame geometry, sizing and components specifically made for female riders. Featuring Shimano's Alfine 8-speed internal hub and Versa 8-speed road shifter, the Synergy offers 95% of the gear range of a compact double and 92% of the gear range of a triple crankset, operated with a single STI-style shifter. The gear range can also easily be adapted to your riding style and terrain simply by replacing the rear cog. The Synergy uses a 7005 alloy frame and carbon fork to deliver a smooth and responsive feel and lively yet stable handling characteristics. The Synergy’s Versa crankset uses a 6061 alloy crank and external bottom bracket for smooth pedaling efficiency. The our wheelset features the Alex DA28 rims with butted spokes and the Vittoria Rubino 700x25 tires for light weight and low rolling resistance. Tektro 740 caliper brakes provide solid braking performance, and a Ritchey Pro handlebar, stem and seat post combine for light weight and comfort. IMPORTANT: Please use this sizing chart for selecting your frame size. Since different manufacturer's frames use different geometries, this chart is your best reference, not your existing bike's frame size. For instance, with the Synergy's compact geometry, just because your existing bike is a 58cm, doesn't necessarily mean you would ride a 58cm in the Synergy.
